菲律宾调查报告出炉 枪杀台湾渔民凶手身份确认

据台湾“今日新闻网”报道，台湾渔船“广大兴28号”遭菲律宾公务船开枪射杀、导致台湾渔民洪石成不幸身亡的案件，日前双方各派调查团调查，菲国已经完成调查报告，并送往司法部批准。调查报告即将出炉，除了已经查出杀害洪石成的凶手是谁外，也确认“广大兴28号”并未冲撞菲国公务船，菲国还建议可对开枪人员提出刑事控告。[查看全文]

(Ecns) – The Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Wednesday submitted an official report on the fatal shooting of a Taiwanese fisherman by members of the Philippine Coast Guard.  

According to a Taiwan news website, the report names the murderer in the incident and also clarifies that the shots taken at the Taiwanese fishermen were not acts of defense. The report also proposes to pursue criminal charges against the persons who shot at the Taiwanese.  

NBI Deputy Director Virgilio Mendez said on Tuesday that the report will be released to the public soon.
