Four people were confirmed dead and three others injured in a rainstorm-triggered landslide that hit southwest China's Sichuan Province early Saturday morning, according to the local government.
The landslide washed off a residential house and trapped seven people in Fulai village in the city of Luzhou at around 5:30 a.m. said the Luzhou city government.
As of 4 p.m., all seven trapped persons had been found under efforts of more than 200 rescuers. Four of them were confirmed dead and the injured are receiving medical treatment in hospital.
