Chinese win 3 titles in Qinghai rock climbing

Chinese climbers took three titles in the 2013 Qinghai Plateau International Climbing Tournament on Sunday.

Tibetan Sonam Gyatso took first place in the men's lead climbing while the second and third places went to Wang Qinghua and Qu Haibing.

In the men's speed climbing final, Zhong Qixin claimed the title while Ou Zhiyong and Zhong Lincai came second and third respectively.

He Cuilian took the women's speed victory before Li Chunhua and Renzen Wanmo.

Poland's ALeksandra Przybysz earned the championship in the women's lead climbing, beating Chinese Renchin Lamo and Niu Di into second and third places.

The event was held in Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County in Northwest China's Qinghai Province.
