Serbian coach Bora Milutinovic will lead a squad of retired Chinese internationals against former Brazilian stars on Aug 10.
Organizer, Rejoy Culture, confirmed part of the Chinese lineup this week. Milutinovic, who guided China to its only World Cup in 2002, and respected domestic coach Jin Zhiyang, who assisted the Serb at the time, will manage the Chinese team.
Hao Haidong, Fan Zhiyi and Peng Weiguo, who played crucial roles in the 2002 World Cup qualifiers, and other former internationals Gao Hongbo and Gao Feng, have confirmed their participation.
According to the organizer, tickets will be on sale on six websites, including www.damai.cn and www.228.com.cn. Telephone booking is also available on 400-890-3555.
Fans who bought season tickets to watch Super League team Beijing Guo'an will enjoy a 10 percent discount if they buy tickets at the organizer's office in Suite 2305, Building 6, Wanda Plaza, Dawang road.
A charity auction dinner will be held on Aug 5 with many of the Chinese players and celebrities attending. The money raised will be used to promote soccer youth programs in China.
