Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi will lead a delegation to start a two-day official visit to Cambodia on Tuesday, according to a press statement from Cambodian foreign ministry on Monday.
The visit is made at the invitation of Cambodian deputy prime minister and foreign minister Hor Namhong, the statement said.
His visit to Cambodia also coincides with the celebration this year of the 55th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Cambodia and China and the Cambodia-China Year of Friendship.
During his stay, Wang will pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Hun Sen and hold a bilateral talk with Hor Namhong, the statement said.
