China will open the under-18 four-nation soccer tournament in Qinhuangdao on Tuesday.
The five-day tournament features Mexico, the runner-up in the 2011 world youth championship, Croatia, South Korea and host China.
China U18 coach Li Bing said this tournament is a warmup event ahead of the qualifying tournament for the AFC Asian under-19 championship.
