China is willing to work with other countries, including the US, to boost protection on intellectual properties, China's foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang said on Thursday.
Qin urged the US to objectively acknowledge the progress China has made toward protecting intellectual properties in response to a comment made by the US Ambassador Gary Locke, who said China has a long way to go on intellectual property protection.
"China hopes relevant countries could strengthen dialogue and improve communication," said Qin.
