Review system of govt decisions to improve

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has pledged to improve a system that reviews the legitimacy of major government decisions and documents. [special report]

According to the full text of a key reform decision released by the CPC Central Committee Friday, a legal advisory system will be promoted to cover the country and a mechanism will be set up to assess the progress of the rule of law.
