Two days after the crash, a fifth Chinese tourist has died in hospital.

This brings the total death toll to seven--five Chinese and their Indonesian driver and tour guide. Eight other Chinese were injured, now receiving treatment in local hospitals. None of their injuries are serious. Relatives of the victims have arrived in Bali.

On Monday, the bus carrying 13 tourists from Central China's Henan province plunged 15 meters into a ravine on the way to the popular cliff-top Uluwatu temple. An Indonesian official said the bus may have experienced a sudden engine failure before it fell.
