Petrochemical plant blast in E China with casualties unknown

An explosion happened at a petrochemical plant around 11:30 a.m. on Friday in the coastal city of Qingdao, east China's Shandong province.

Witnesses said more than 20 fire engines have rushed to the site. Casualties remain unknown.
