Three new cases of human H7N9 infection have been reported in south China's Guangdong Province, the provincial health department confirmed on Tuesday.
A four-year-old girl from Zhaoqing City, a 76-year-old man from Yangjiang City and a 52-year-old man from Huizhou City were confirmed to be infected with H7N9 bird flu on Monday. The two male patients died the same day.
The girl was in a stable condition, according to the department.
