Zhu Weiqun, chairman of the ethnic and religious affairs committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, wrote in an article released Wednesday on website tibet.cn that there are finally voices in the West to reflect on its policy toward China and its own human rights records.
"Although such opinion is still weak and well under attack, it represents a historical trend," said Zhu.
