Agendas for NPC, CPPCC annual sessions -- March 11

Following are the agendas for the second sessions of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) and the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Tuesday.

NPC:

-- At 9 a.m., NPC deputies will take part in panel discussions about the work reports of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) and Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP).

-- At 3 p.m., lawmakers will continue panel discussions.

-- At 9 a.m., panel discussion of Macao delegation will be open to media.

-- At 9 a.m., Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of the central bank, and four other senior financial officials will give a press conference about the financial reform at the press center of the two sessions.

-- At 3 p.m., two NPC deputies will give interviews about education reform at the press center of the two sessions.

CPPCC:

-- At 9 a.m., the CPPCC National Committee members will hold panel discussions.

-- At 10:30 a.m., chair and vice chairs of the CPPCC National Committee will hold a meeting.

-- At 3 p.m., the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee members will meet.
