Man sues Big Yao for deceptive advertising

A court in Beijing has accepted a case in which a local resident sued BY-HEALTH, a Guangdong-based company producing dietary supplements, and its spokesman Yao Ming, former NBA star, for deceptive advertising, China Youth Daily reported Wednesday.

Feng Changshun, the resident, said he bought the fish oil capsules in early February but the product failed to ease his memory and eyesight problems as advertised, said the report.
