The Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau (PSB) held a counter-terrorism drill in Beijing on Thursday afternoon to improve emergency response times among the capital's public security departments, according to a post on the PSB's official Weibo account.
The drill began at 1:00 pm in Qiliqu, Changping district and lasted about three hours. More than 30 special police vehicles and two helicopters were deployed for the exercise.
The PSB held a similar drill in Beijing on May 8.
