A judicial official in Yueyang, Hunan province, is under investigation over corruption accusations, the country's top anti-graft agency announced on Wednesday.
Han Jianguo, secretary of the political and law commission of Yueyang, is being probed by the provincial anti-graft watchdog on suspicions of discipline violation, according to a statement released on the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China.
The statement gave no further details.
Han, 59, has been working in the post since September 2011, according to his official resume released by the local government.
