Malaysian PM arrives in Xi'an for six-day China visit

As this year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Malaysia and China, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak is in Xi'an, the first stop of his six-day visit to China.

He will then fly to the capital to meet top Chinese leaders on Wednesday.

During his visit, five inter-governmental documents involving bilateral trade and political cooperation are expected to be signed.

Meanwhile, Najib is scheduled to host an economic summit to be attended by Chinese businessmen and representatives to further enhance economic cooperation, and to attract more Chinese entrepreneurs to invest in Malaysia.
