Full compensation to be paid to families of MH370 once conclusion reached

The Vice minister of Malaysia's Foreign Affairs Ministry says all the families of missing MH370 flight passengers will be fully paid their compensation by the insurance of Malaysia Airlines.   [Special coverage]

So far, the families of 40 Chinese passengers have accepted a compensation package worth 50,000 US dollars. It will be paid once the identity of their relative is confirmed. Other passenger families have yet to agree on a final deal.

Malaysian authorities say a full compensation process will be launched once a final conclusion to the search and investigation is reached.
