An oil store exploded on Thursday afternoon in a chemical industrial zone in east China's Zhejiang province, with casualty numbers unknown.
The explosion occurred at Nanhu Bridge Chemical Industrial Park in the city of Jiaxing. A tank containing hydrochloric acid caught fire.
Firefighters arrived at the scene at 2:30pm.
