Tan Li, vice governor of south China's Hainan province, is under investigation for suspected "serious law and discipline violations," China's anti-graft authority said Tuesday.
The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China (CPC) released the news on its website.
Tan is also a member of the standing committee of the Hainan provincial committee of the CPC.
