China's traffic cops ready for World Cup

Police across China will be out in force on Sunday night, on the lookout for drunk drivers before, during and after the World Cup final between Germany and Argentina.

On Sunday night and early Monday morning, traffic police will be active around restaurants, hotels, pubs, KTVs and other places where people will get together to watch the match.

Over 30,000 people have been caught driving after drinking during three similar campaigns since June 13, when the World Cup in Brazil kicked off.
