3 killed, 11 injured in Shandong vehicle collision

Three people were killed and another 11 were injured after a bus collided with a sprinkler on Sunday afternoon in east China's Shandong province, local authorities said.

The rear-end collision happened at about 1 pm on a highway in Zibo city. Three people died at the scene and 11 were injured, according to traffic police.

The cause of the accident is being investigated.
