With at least 410 people killed and 12 missing after a 6.5-magnitude earthquake hit Ludian county in Southwest China's Yunnan province, some Chinese sports organizations offered help to the affected area.
In a statement from China's -soccer governing body, the Chinese Football Association (CFA), all CFA games this week will see players, coaches, referees and fans pay a one--minute silent tribute to the victims.

China League One club Qingdao Jonoon have decided to make their Chinese FA Cup game against -Jiangsu Sainty on Wednesday as a charity event. Donations will be -taken before the game starts and all the ticket revenue from the match will be donated, according to the club.
League Two side Sichuan Longfor Football Club, a team based in Santai county, which was hard-hit in the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, will offer free tickets for the game against Mei-xian Juncheng Hakka at the weekend to anyone who donates to Ludian.
Evergrande Group, the major sponsor of Chinese Super League leaders Guangzhou Evergrande, donated 10 million yuan ($1.62 million) and 2 million bottles of its Evergrande Spring water through China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation.
Several clubs offered messages of support through their club website, including Shandong Luneng.
The PGA Tour China Series Yunnan Open, which will be held in Yulongwan Resort in Kunming, capital of Yunan province, donated 100,000 yuan to Ludian.
Another 100 yuan will be donated if any player grabs a birdie in the four days of play which starts Thursday, according to the golf club which hosts the event.
