To mark the 44th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Canada, a celebration and a charity piano concert were held in Kunshan's Culture and Arts Center on July 31.

Starting with a Mozart masterpiece, Wang, along with Kunqu opera students, presented a charity concert that combined piano music and ancient Kunqu opera. All money from the concert was donated to the Kunshan Institute of Social Welfare.
Shang Ruikai, counsel-general of the Canadian consulate in Shanghai, and Jin Ming, the deputy mayor of Kunshan, attended the celebrations. They both expressed a wish to strengthen China-Canada communication and cooperation in economy, culture and education.
