Giant panda triplets born at a Guangzhou zoo a month ago are all in good health, with their weight increasing a lot and their fur turning from pink to black and white, zoo managers said on Thursday.

Sources with the Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park also revealed the gender of the three cubs on Thursday – the eldest is female and the younger two are males.

The triplets' weight increased from 90.5 grams, 83 grams and 124.4 grams when they were born to 1014.5 grams, 1013.2 grams and 1227.6 grams, said Dong Guixin, general manager of the park.

"They are very healthy. They are expected to meet visitors in four months time," Dong said.
