The Chinese government has allocated 200 million yuan (32.79 million U.S. dollars) to quake-hit Yunnan, the Ministry of Finance said on Saturday.
The aid will mainly be spent on rescue, treatment of the injured, relief for victims and repair of public facilities.
A 6.6-magnitude quake hit Jinggu County in southwest China's Yunnan Province at 9:49 p.m. Beijing Time on Tuesday, killing at least one person and leaving 324 injured.
