Flight delayed in Xi'an to clear blocked toilets

A flight from Paris to Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province, was delayed for two hours because its toilets were blocked by tissue, Today Morning Express reported on Tuesday.

Flight HU7908 took 17 hours to travel from from Paris to Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi province and an interim stop, during which time some 200 passengers in economy class had to use only two toilets as the other three in economy class were blocked with toilet tissue. A passenger surnamed Wang said passengers had to wait in line to use the toilets.

The flight landed at Xi'an Xianyang International airport at 7 am on Monday and was delayed two hours to clear the toilets. The airlines apologized for the delay and reminded passengers not to put tissues, plastic bags or other items into the toilets.
