With the campaign ending on Sunday, many Hong Kong residents showed up on Saturday to say "No" to Occupy Central.
"Because most of my customers are the Mainland people. They are slowing reducing. I can tell you in the past I was living in India and the US. You can not abuse the police. If you do that, you can not go back home on feet. So Hong Kong police are very polite, very professional. So I really respect them," says Vijay Sheth, Anti-Occupy petitioner.
"Not all young people support the occupation. Many are against it. My children are against it too. They support the police. The Hong Kong United Youth Association have stalls here to collect signatures. I hope young people in Hong Kong can wake up and see the real will of the people," says Wong Kennedy Ying Ho, chairman of HK Association for Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China.
