Men arrested for causing building collapse in central China

Three people have been arrested for causing the collapse of a building that killed seven people in central China's Henan Province, local authorities said on Sunday.

A building under construction collapsed earlier this week in Henan capital Zhengzhou, killing seven people and injuring five others.

The building's owner, the boss of the construction team and the driver of a crane were accused of being accountable for the accident.

The three people have been placed under police surveillance, Zhengzhou government said.

The police is further investigating the collapse.
