China's first Cyber Security Awareness Week has launched in Beijing. It's designed to expand the knowledge of cyber security and improve skills in network safety.

The importance of cyber security is increasingly growing in China. By the end of June, the country had more than 6 hundred million netizens. Additionally it registered over three-hundred-billion US dollars of e-commerce retail sales in 2013.

According to data from the 2013 China Internet Security Conference, more than 2 billion netizens access the internet daily, who are at risk from more than 2 hundred million cyber attacks.
