A restaurant exploded Tuesday in Xiamen city of southeast China's Fujian province, killing at least three people, local fire fighting officers said.
Many were also injured when the blast ripped through the restaurant in the popular tourist city about 8:00 am, the officers said.
The blast was caused by a gas cylinder, initial investigation showed.
