A man found guilty of killing four people in a stabbing spree was sentenced to death on Wednesday by a local court in northeast China's Jilin Province.
Cui Zhenyu, 25, was found guilty in a knife attack at the Jinhuacheng shopping mall in Yanji, capital city of the Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian, on August 17, according to the intermediate people's court of Yanbian.
The incident left four people dead and 11 others injured, the court said.
Cui had been suffering from depression before the crime, according to his family members.
