North China's public security official arrested

Li Yali, former deputy director of the public security bureau of north China's Shanxi Province, has been arrested for allegedly accepting bribes, the Supreme People's Procuratorate announced on Thursday.

Li was also the former head of the public security bureau in Taiyuan City, capital of Shanxi Province.

The investigation continues.
