Former Hong Kong Chief Secretary Rafael Hui Si-yan was found guilty Friday of three counts of misconduct in public office, one count of conspiracy of misconduct in public office and one count of conspiracy to offer an advantage to public servant.
Thomas Kwok Ping-kwong, co-chairman of Sun Hung Kai Properties, was found guilty of one count of conspiracy of misconduct in public office.
