China has an old saying, "An arrow shot in an ambush is something difficult to guard against," something which 51-year-old Wang gained a first-hand experience in Changsha, Hunan province in southeast China.
While Wang was hanging clothes on the balcony, he was shot in the knee by an arrow, which came out of nowhere. The arrow sunk 12cm into his knee.
Wang was rushed to Changsha Central Hospital, and was in a state of shock. It was Jan. 17, 2015, and he just finished lunch. "I still don't know who did it," Wang said.
Later Wang found out that Liang, who lived in the opposite building to him, was crazy about archery. Accidentally, his arrow missed the target, and the accident occurred.
Liang said that he was sorry for the accident.
