Chinese women hold 25 percent senior management positions in China currently, higher than the average global level of 21 percent, according to data released by Grant Thornton International Business Report Thursday.
"Most female executives still perform in the traditional women-packed roles like HR and finance positions, but fewer female management entered decision-making level," Xu Hua, the chief managing partner and CEO of Grant Thornton China said Thursday.
