Hong Kong companies and the Wuxi municipal government signed 26 business deals worth $4.2 billion this week, bolstering business ties.
The deals, which were signed in conjunction with the Wuxi-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Interaction Forum in the city, Jiangsu province, cover a wide range of sectors including finance, logistics, energy and information technology.
Huang Lixin, standing committee member of the Communist Party of China Jiangsu provincial committee and Wuxi municipal standing committee secretary, said that Hong Kong and Wuxi can use their competitive edges to promote economic cooperation.
