China's yuan funds outstanding for foreign exchange increased by 21.6 billion yuan (3.43 billion U.S. dollars) from September to October, the country's central bank said Friday.
The figure marked a rise for the second month, but the rise was significantly lower than an increment of 130.68 billion yuan in September, according to data from the People's Bank of China.
