The European Union's highest court has overturned an anti-dumping duty imposed on a Chinese leather shoe manufacturer. The top EU court said a lower court incorrectly dismissed the manufacturer's appeal, challenging EU anti-dumping duties imposed on leather shoes made in China.
The Zhejiang Aokang Group, China's largest privately owned shoemaker, will be refunded about 5 million yuan in court fees. And the company's related trade partners will get a refund of the anti-dumping duties from the last 6 years.
