Spring Airlines Co hopes to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the first half of 2013, according to Wang Zhenghua, board chairman of the private low-budget carrier, as quoted by the Wall Street Journal Thursday.
Wang said the company plans to raise more than 1 billion yuan ($160 million), and is considering listing in Hong Kong one or two years later.
