According to the National Bureau of Statistics, property prices increased in most of China's cities over the month of November, but dropped overall for the year.
Of the 70 cities monitored, 10 saw decreased prices, 7 remained steady, and 53 saw higher prices. The price increase in these cities is no more than 1 percent.
On a year-on-year basis, 41 cities saw home prices drop, 4 remained steady, while 25 saw prices increase. The price increase in these cities is no more than 2 percent compared to November 2011.
