China currently is Australia's largest trade partner, largest source of imports and largest export destination. And Australia is China's seventh largest trade partner.
According to China's General Administration of Customs, the trade volume between China and Australia reached 122.3 billion USD in 2012, up 4.9 percent.
China exported over 37 billion USD of goods to Australia, mostly mechanical and electrical equipment, electronics, clothing and furniture, and Australia exported minerals, textile raw materials and field crops to China, standing at over 84 billion USD in 2012.
