The latest on China's continued property market curbs...Beijing authorities have announced they'll be reviewing how residential developers set home prices, using two thresholds.
The first is that the actual price of these properties cannot be more than the planned price, and developers also can't set their prices higher than that of similar properties in the area.
Beijing's Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has also announced plans to limit the prices of some commercial projects, but hasn't yet provided a timetable for these curbs.
