Analysts say, some of what's causing property and land prices to spike is hot money inflows into China. They attribute this to expectations for yuan appreciation, and monetary easing in other economies.
They also see China's property market, particularly in first tier cities, as being a major target for this kind of capital. There are now increasing concerns that a property bubble is in the making, and many are calling for even stronger government regulation to rein in the market.
