China's e-commerce giant Alibaba Group will join with Wasu Media Holding Co, a provider of cable and other pay TV services, to unveil a new Internet TV-set-top box on Tuesday, the Today Morning Express reported Friday.
Wasu Media announced in a statement Thursday that Wasu will provide the product's overall services and hardware support, while Alibaba will take charge of the operating system and technical services.
The set-top box will not enter the market for another two to three months, said Wasu.
