Chinese securities regulator, the CSRC may delay the IPO reboot to the fourth quarter, according to local media reports.
IPOs -- which have been on a freeze for nine months, were supposed to restart this month. The regulatory body is reportedly working on ways to make sure new IPOs don't dry up liquidity in the Chinese stock market.
Investors are concerned that IPOs will attract funds away from the secondary market and hurt the refinancing deals of already listed companies.
