China released a plan for manufacturing companies making recycled products to exchange their old parts with new equipment at discounted prices, in a bid to promote energy saving and recycling of manufacturing goods, according to a notice the central government posted on its official website Tuesday.
The participating companies need to be registered in the Chinese mainland, and will be offered a one-time subsidy by the government.
The firms also have to offer a quality check report on their re-manufactured products, and the report needs to be issued by a third-party agency.
