The total value of bonds issued in China amounted to 952.2 billion yuan ($155.6 billion) in July, up 15.5 percent year-on-year and 78.2 percent on a monthly basis, data from the central bank showed Thursday.
Of the total, 913.7 billion yuan worth of bonds were issued in the interbank bond market.
In the first seven months of 2013, the value of bonds issued amounted to 5.2 trillion yuan, a 20.4 percent year-on-year increase, according to the central bank.
