A new draft of interim measures for e-commerce released by the market regulator lists seven acts as comprising unfair competition, the People's Daily reported Sunday citing the State Administration for Industry & Commerce.
The seven acts include the unauthorized use or counterfeiting of names or logos of famous websites, making up fictitious transactions or false comments to improve one's own company's reputation or damage the reputation of competitors.
