Visiting Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Tuesday that China will make a major push next year to expand investment and trade with those countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).[Special coverage]
The year of 2014 will be designated as the year for promotion of investment and trade between China and CEE countries, Li declared at an opening ceremony of a China-CEE economic forum held in Bucharest.
The Chinese premier, who is in Romania for an official visit to the country and a summit with CEE leaders, said a series of events will be convened next year to boost investment and trade between the two sides.
